1. Service Agreement

By booking with Illumina Road Trips, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include guided photography tours, scenic road trips, and educational workshops.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a 25% deposit with full payment due 30 days before departure. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance receive full refunds minus processing fees.

3. Safety and Conduct

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides. We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

4. Photography Rights

You retain all rights to photographs you create during our tours. Illumina Road Trips may use trip photos for marketing purposes with participant consent.

5. Weather and Itinerary Changes

Tours may be modified due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns. We will provide suitable alternatives when original plans cannot be executed.
